Love the concept of transforming every meeting in a workshop, Gunnar. My take after three decades in corporate: many people use meetings to show themselves busy and to feel they are contribuiting. Organizing meeting as if they were workshops would potentially get participants ready for participating by rolling their sleeves and solve something specific, and measure its results through the correct lens. At the end of a day, a meeting should be about solving issues by taking decisions, figuring out a solution to a difficult problem, or eliminating roadblocks.

Well put. Exactly my thinking. And also the importance of having fun while actually producing real work.
